Online Payment Portal

THE ONLINE PAYMENT SYSTEM IS NOW AVAILABLE VIA APPFOLIO. 

Remember, HOA fees are due on the first of each month.  The current Fiscal Year begins on October 1, 2023 and the monthly HOA dues will be $48.72.

If this is your first time logging into the Online Payment system, click on this link to request an activation email or text so you can be registered to the online payment site.  

Once your account is activated, you can pay your HOA dues online by going to  woodcovehoa.appfolio.com/connect to log in (this link works best with Google Chrome or FireFox internet browsers).  You can set-up automatic monthly payments at a specific amount each month or you can select to pay the balance due each month.  This option is particularly handy for increasing the month payment amount automatically when the dues increase in October, otherwise you will have to go in each year and adjust the amount of the autopayment.

You can also make payments via check and mail your payment to: Woodcove HOA, PO Box 2092, West Jordan, UT 84084.
