Welcome to Woodcove Parks, an exclusive West Jordan private community. Nestled among the rolling hills of the Salt Lake Valley, Woodcove encompasses approximately 100 acres and has 127 home sites. Although a photo cannot do justice to the natural beauty our members experience every day, we have included a glimpse of some of the dramatic and breathtaking views from within our community throughout the public pages of this website. We hope you’ll get a sense of the tranquility offered when relaxing and enjoying views of the Wasatch Mountains, our beautiful parks, the glitter of city lights at night, and the homes we live and enjoy life in. Living in Woodcove is one of life’s rewards. The neighborhoods of Woodcove offer a sense of community, with gatherings of families for holiday events and friendship, yet also provide privacy with large lots and lush landscaping. You have the opportunity to live extraordinarily, every day!

The Annual Woodcove Homeowners Association meeting will be held on Wednesday,

September 16, 2026, at 7:00 p.m. in Park #3 (basketball court).

Please bring your lawn chairs or blankets. Light refreshments will be provided.

At this meeting, the Board will:

• Review the annual budget

• Review improvements and updates to the parks

• Review new vendors, services that have been discontinued, and the resulting savings to the community from recent changes

• Hear homeowner suggestions or issues for the coming year
